Primarily I''ll first focus on the places I have been most recently, this ranges from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, China and Japan.

First things first is to communicate with your prescriber at home, it's easier to get a few take aways if you can just so you can get the lay of the land before getting registered in the country you are now in and getting the meds you'll need for the rest of your trip (assuming less than 30 days). You'll also need a letter from your prescriber detailing dose and advising you need local assistance to dose and what dates you need cover for.
This letter is as important as your passport and is also your official paperwork in case customs says "whats that in those bottles?" (no, you aren't breaking any laws).
You then need to hit up someone like me to get a local point of contact who can and will take on foreign patients. This is the result of ten years hard graft on my part so email and tell me your plans and I'll help where I can.
In a few cases you may need to get take away doses for a whole month in a country that isn't your main destination. Like flying Air Asia into KL (where getting a months doses is ok) then travelling on to Vietnam or Cambodia where dosing is only for locals. In most cases your flying into KL, Singapore or Bangkok in any case.
